Return & Refund Policy

At Revlytec, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom smart displays. Because each unit is uniquely printed with your specific branding and URL, our policy is designed to balance speed with quality.

1. Custom Orders & Final Sale

Every Revlytec display is custom-made to order. For this reason, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it enters our production queue immediately. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for “change of mind” or user-provided errors.

2. Customer Responsibility

To ensure the best result, please verify the following before completing your order:

  • Google URL: Ensure the link is correct and leads directly to your review page.

  • Logo Quality: Upload a high-resolution file. We are not responsible for blurry prints resulting from low-quality uploads.

  • Consent to Optimize: By ordering, you grant Revlytec permission to optimize your logo (e.g., inverting colors from black to white) to ensure the best visibility on your chosen stand color.

3. Damages and Functional Defects

We stand behind our technology. If your display arrives with a functional defect (such as an unresponsive NFC chip) or has been damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you.

The Replacement Process:

  1. Report: You must report any damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Return: To qualify for a replacement, the original defective unit must be shipped back to our facility for inspection.

  3. Verify & Replace: Once we receive and verify the defect, a new unit will be produced and shipped to you immediately.

4. Intellectual Property

Any logos or assets uploaded to our site will be used solely for the fulfillment of your order. We do not claim ownership of your branding, nor will your assets be used for any other purpose outside of creating your Revlytec display.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if production has not yet started. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once the printing process has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
